    Did not care to cross the mountain passes in the winter with the many inexperienced drivers out there, finale straw when I said I would not strap down someone else’s load! Big no no in my eyes, your load is your responsibility in my book, don’t know any good driver’s that would trust someone else to tie there load down! Shipper/receiver is related to manager so can do nothing wrong, but forgets a lot of pieces on package, wasting time and money having to do another delivery later! Get your job description in writing or be Willing to be surprised later! Job changes daily and it’s always a secret to the last moment. Great job! Except manager has know idea about trucking! Great people to work with, but to much family! Don’t dare say anything about anybody because there all related, delivered a few packages threw out BC and Alberta was great but the trucks he operates have no sleepers! Delivery to some very remote places, and then try to make it back to a motel before running out of hours? Very inconvenient for you as a driver, but manager did not care, just get the package there! Good money, but some severe hours.
